Click on the appropriate graphic above for the minutes of the Parish Council’s Ordinary and Annual Meetings or its Extraordinary Meetings.

  • They date back to 2002; most are Word (‘DOC’) files – from 2016 they are PDFs.

The council’s next meeting is on Tuesday, 20th October 2026 at 7.00 pm in Hatley village hall – an Ordinary Meeting.

  • Do go!  It is an opportunity to see the council in action, ask questions and meet your councillors – Samantha Abbasi (chair), Micky Astor (vice-chair), Harold Nickerson, Al Smith, our newest councillor, and its clerk, Kim Wilde.
  • Sunday, 25th October – 10.30 am / litter pick. Collect gloves, pickers, bags and a hi-vis vest from the village shop.
  • Any requests or suggestions for an item to go on the agenda should be submitted to the parish clerk at least one week before the meeting.

NB 1  The number of regular Ordinary Meetings has varied over the years – until 2010 there were six / year and from 2011 to 2026, five.

From 2027 there will be four – in January, May (the AGM), July and October, supplemented by Extraordinary Meetings as required. Meetings are held in Hatley village hall and begin at 7.00 pm.

NB 2  The address details shown at the top of each set of minutes are not necessarily up to date, although they were at the time of publication. For the sake of clarity, as of 3rd November 2023 if you wish to contact Hatley Parish Council, please do so via…
